Eumedix was founded by three executives from the healthcare industry and set to revolutionise the purchasing of hospital product and services. The company has decided to transition its business and to use its purchasing technology in all industrial sectors. This activity has been taken over by NegoMetrix and is headed by one of Eumedix' co-founder, Jan Siderius. In parrallel, the Eumedix technology has been develop to facilitate the evaluation and negotiation process for corporate finance applications.
